wir freuen uns sehr, dass Sie in diesem Jahr über die Donaueschinger Musiktage berichten und sich für Konzerte akkreditieren wollen. Bitte beachten Sie folgende Information zur Akkreditierung, Vergabe und Nutzung von Pressetickets:
Dear colleagues from the reporting press, we are delighted that you wish to report on the Donaueschingen Musiktage this year and that you wish to be accredited for concerts. Please note the following information on accreditation, allocation and use of press tickets:
- Die Presseakkreditierung kann ausschließlich über das vollständig ausgefüllte Online-Formular unter donaueschingen.de/presseakkreditierung erfolgen. Eine Akkreditierung ist erst dann erfolg reich übermittelt, wenn Sie eine automatische Bestätigungsmail an die von Ihnen angegebene Kontakt-E-Mail-Adresse erhalten haben. Das Festivalbüro wird sich im unmittelbaren Vorfeld der Musiktage individuell mit Ihnen in Verbindung setzen.
- Akkreditierungen sind bis zum 13. September möglich.
- Die Vergabe der Pressekarten erfolgt in der Reihenfolge des Eingangs der Presseakkreditierung und nach Verfügbarkeit von Tickets für die gewünschte Veranstaltung.
- Sollten Sie eines oder mehrere der Konzerte kurzfristig doch nicht besuchen können, ist es unbedingt erforderlich, dass Sie das/die entsprechende/n Ticket/s rechtzeitig im Festivalbüro stornieren, damit der Platz anderweitig genutzt werden kann. Kontakt: heike.foehrenbach(at)donaueschingen.de
- Press accreditation can only be obtained by completing the online form at donaueschingen.de/ presseakkreditierung. Accreditation has only been successfully submitted once you have received an automatic confirmation email to the contact email address you have provided. The festival office will contact you individually in the immediate run-up to the Musiktage.
- accreditations are possible until September 13.
- Press tickets will be allocated in the order in which press accreditation is received and according to the availability of tickets for the desired event.
- If you are unable to attend one or more of the concerts at short notice, it is essential that you cancel the relevant ticket(s) in good time at the festival office so that the seat can be used otherwise. Contact: heike.foehrenbach(at)donaueschingen.de.
